So during the holiday shopping season, we encouraged Sprint customers to give the whole gift: a new phone with an unlimited data plan. Because no one likes a half-gifter.

Sprint stores were cold and unwelcoming. They focused more on the technology they sold than the people they sold it to. So we rebuilt the entire experience from the carpet up. And before we knew it, people actually wanted to be there.
